A precise statutory framework
Article 12 of the statutes allows the association to receive manual gifts, donations and legacies, within the legal framework applicable to declared associations. Each such gift is accepted by the Board and allocated in accordance with the donor's wishes.
How to proceed
A legacy is prepared with your notary, who names the association in your will. Donations and designation as a life-insurance beneficiary follow the same principle of prior advice.
