Our commitment to transparency

HASDI is accountable to its members, donors, partners and institutional donors for its governance, its internal rules and its reference documents.

HASDI is a French non-profit association governed by the law of 1 July 1901, founded on 1 August 2026. It designs and steers its humanitarian programmes from France — Haiti being its first field of operations; implementation on the ground is carried out by local partners. This responsibility carries a simple obligation: to give an accurate and timely account of how the organisation is governed, how its rules are applied and how its resources will be used.

This section brings together HASDI's reference documents and policies: statutory documents, an overview of its governing bodies, its safeguarding policy, its data protection policy and its ethics and compliance framework. It is designed first and foremost to answer the due diligence questions of institutional donors. It will grow with the organisation, in particular through the publication of annual activity reports and financial reports at the close of each financial year.
