What this site collects
This site only collects personal data when you voluntarily enter it in a form: contact, membership application, donation, newsletter subscription.
- Contact and membership: identity and contact details forwarded to our management tool, used to process your request. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Donations: payment is handled by the Stripe gateway; we store no banking data. Donation records are kept in line with accounting obligations (10 years).
- Newsletter: email address, with explicit consent, until you unsubscribe.
The special case of reporting
The reporting page follows a reinforced regime: no IP address or technical data is logged there, no cookie is set, and its content is encrypted so that only the safeguarding focal point can read it.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them: contact@hasdi-initiative.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
What this site does not do
No advertising, no third-party trackers, no data resale, no profiling.
